The all you can eat story began in southern Germany at the end of the 1980s. The city of Ulm was the birthplace of the idea of offering “all you can eat” à la carte.
Initially the offering was limited to a small selection of pasta dishes and a handful of pizzas.
In 2000, after a short slumber, the restaurant was opened in the gaming town of Ravensburg. Here the offering expanded to include Mexican cuisine and the cocktail bar.
In 2001 the makers moved to North Rhine-Westphalia. The second restaurant was opened in Aachen at the foot of the cathedral. The right location was found in the silk city of Krefeld in 2003.
Further outlets in Ulm, Mönchengladbach and Augsburg followed.
Unfortunately, the original name had to be changed in 2007 due to a naming rights violation.
Since then, the West German restaurants – now also in Düsseldorf – have been operating under the name “NUDELN & Co.” on.
In addition to the fixed “all you can eat” menu, “promotion weeks” are also held regularly, which make the offer even more diverse and interesting.
